From fragile flows to systems that just work.

The challenge

Invoices were raised in an internal ERP and then typed into Billit by hand. Stock counts lived in a spreadsheet nobody fully trusted, and delivery status was only known after a phone call.

What we built

We connected the ERP to the Billit Access Point, registered the Peppol identifiers, automated outbound invoice dispatch and pushed stock movements between both systems in both directions.

The challenge

Orders arrived in the Shopify webshop and were copied into Billit by hand. Stock drifted between the shop and the warehouse, and reporting was assembled manually every morning.

What we built

A custom integration between Shopify and Billit: orders flow through automatically, stock decrements the moment something is sold, and the daily reports are prepared before the team arrives.

The administration ran across separate tools with manual steps in between. Every month-end meant double-checking figures, and the team felt the stress of it every cycle.

We integrated the tools the team works in every day, documented each flow and handed over a reference the team can work from — and extend — without us.
