Co-contracting · For partners

The integration team inside your project.

We work as a subcontractor for ERP partners, software vendors and IT services providers — on their programme, under their brand and inside their deadlines. You keep the client relationship; we take e-invoicing and integration work that has to land on time.

Four ways to contract us

Larger engagements rarely start with a full statement of work. They start with one deliverable that proves the team can carry the rest.

012 – 6 weeks · priced up front

Fixed-scope sprint

One clearly defined deliverable, scoped in a paid or unpaid kickoff and delivered for a fixed price.

For connectors, a single mapping, a compliance fix or a first production slice. Scope, acceptance criteria and price are agreed before the first invoice.

02Per sprint · day rates

Time & materials

Named consultants on your programme, booked by the sprint with a weekly status you can copy into your own reporting.

For multi-month rollouts where the shape of the work will change. We commit to a sprint cadence and a single point of contact, not to a fixed list of features.

03Under your brand

White-label delivery

We work as your delivery team. Your client sees your name, your reporting and your account manager.

NDA-first, with the option of us staying entirely invisible. All documentation and handover material is written in your template.

041 – 3 weeks

Specialist review

A second opinion on a Peppol, EN 16931 or integration design before go-live, or a rescue assessment on a stalled project.

You get a prioritised defect list, effort estimates and a recommendation — plus hands-on time with your developer if you want the fixes done alongside them.

  • Bidirectional connector between the vendor's API and the customer's ERP
  • Stock and order sync with retry and failure alerting
  • Internal documentation so the vendor's own team can maintain it

Shipped under the vendor's brand. The customer never needed to know a third party was involved, and the vendor now sells the connector as a standard option.

03 · IT services provider

1 consultant
Duration
3 weeks
Engagement
€8k – €14k
